Our client is a call center company serving for electricity and gas sector. We are looking for a Collection Tracking Specialist with the following abilities and skills:
High-school graduate at least,
Good oral and written communication skills,
Independent and responsible attitude,
Experience in customer contact and ability to gain experience in telephone customer support,
Fluent in English,
A broad PC user knowledge.
The person will be responsible for the following:
Perform debt collection,
Processing of customer calls and written customer requests,
Coordinate different teams for customer requests,
Help and advise the existing customers,
Follow-up the problems/ issues with customer service,
Achieve defined goals and KPIs,
Careful data collection ,
Post-processing and documentation of customer requests.
